Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC), under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, has announced new employment opportunities for candidates holding a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate.
A total of 20 vacancies are available in production, journalism, marketing, engineering, finance, security, translation and IT-related fields. These positions will be filled on a regular basis under the Balochistan Quota.

Qualifications and Experience
1. Producer Current Affairs – 1 Post
Pay Group: 5 (Equivalent to BS-16.5)
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
At least 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Languages and Literatures or a relevant subject.
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution.
Minimum second division is required.
2. News Producer / Reporter – 1 Post
Pay Group: 5
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, International Relations or Media Sciences.
Minimum second division.
3. Producer / Producer Training Programmes – 1 Post
Pay Group: 5
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
At least 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Languages and Literatures or a relevant subject.
Qualification must be from an HEC-recognized institution.
Minimum second division.
4. Marketing Officer – 1 Post
Pay Group: 5
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
MBA in Marketing with at least second division; or
MBA in any field with at least second division and three years of relevant experience.
5. Associate Engineer (A/C) – 1 Post
Pay Group: 4 (Equivalent to BS-16)
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
Candidates must have one of the following:
Three-year Diploma of Associate Engineering in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
Three-year Diploma of Associate Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, with at least second division and two to three years of experience in an air-conditioning plant.
6. Security Assistant – 1 Post
Pay Group: 4
Age Limit: 18–45 Years
Ex-Serviceman (JCO).
Matric qualification with at least second division.
Preference will be given to candidates having a course in Security.
7. Sub Editor (Translator News) – 2 Posts
Pay Group: 4
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
Graduation with at least second division.
Five years of translation experience.
8. Associate Designer – 1 Post
Pay Group: 4
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA).
Minimum second division.
Five years of relevant experience.
9. Assistant Accountant – 5 Posts
Pay Group: 4
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
Candidates should have one of the following qualifications:
B.Com.
BBA.
B.Sc.
Associate Degree after HSSC in Finance or Accounting.
MBA or M.Sc. in Finance or Accounting.
M.Com. or an equivalent qualification.
The required minimum division or CGPA is specified in the advertisement.
10. Associate Computer Graphics Designer – 3 Posts
Pay Group: 4
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
BFA with two years of relevant experience; or
Relevant BS/BCS/BIT/BSc qualification with three years of experience; or
B.Sc., BA or a one-year diploma in PGD Computer Sciences with five years of relevant experience.
11. Associate Network Administrator – 1 Post

Age Limit: 18–35 Years
BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCS, BIT or BSCS.
Three years of relevant experience.
12. Assistant Network Administrator – 1 Post
Pay Group: 5
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
Candidates must have one of the following:
MCS, MIT, MSCS or equivalent qualification.
Relevant four-year Bachelor's or Honours degree.
Three years of relevant experience.
13. Computer Graphics Designer – 1 Post
Pay Group: 5
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
MCS, MIT, MBA (IT) or MSCS; or
BFA, BCS (Honours) or four-year Bachelor's degree in Design.
Three years of relevant experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfil these conditions:
Only candidates holding a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate are eligible.
Candidates must meet the educational and experience requirements of their selected post.
